First of all, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year guys! Thank you so much for the likes and support you guys have given to this blog, especially for the Israel posts. So, without further ado, here is the fourth installment.
If you haven’t read the first installment, you can find it here.
Day 3 – Mount Arbel
First stop of the day brought us to this gorgeous place with mesmerizing views, Mount Arbel. This is probably one of the most beautiful places I have had the pleasure to be in. The panoramic views over to the Sea of Galilee is surreal and it will be no wonder if Jesus actually spent time up here to pray.
It has been way too long since I’ve gone on a vacation with my family, and even longer since I’ve updated my blog. To be honest, I was quite hesitant to go on this trip, since it will be a family trip, without my man, and I’ve lost touch with my bible stories. This trip will thus, bring those stories alive.
Maybe there is something about the end of October that prompts people to have barbecues
(because we all love charred food). So that’s what happened. Two separate groups of friends decided it’ll be great. Which it was, not gonna lie.
It all started with my hands going numb (pins and needles rather than no-feeling numb), then my legs, then half my face. I could say that last week hasn’t exactly been the best. I was so caught up with work (2 events in 2 weeks!), caught up with tuition (end of year examinations), caught up with my own marketing law exam, and to top it all off, the time of the month turning me into a fuming dragon one second, a sobbering mess the next. Of course, my man got the brunt of it all.
Phew! What a weekend!
This whole weekend has just been so hectic, it’s even difficult to breathe.
So I went to tighten my braces again after a tuition class on Saturday, and gosh was it painful. It definitely wasn’t as painful as the very first time putting it on, but I haven’t experience this pain in a long time! So I went with pink and red this time, red for Chinese New Year, and pink for Valentine’s Day.
