It’s been a long time since I’ve planned a girls trip and I’ve been throughly excited for this one.
Not only is it the first time I’m going on a trip without the hubs, but also the first time I’m going to the land of K-Dramas!

My family and I were suppose to be flying to europe when covid first struck. Our flight was cancelled due to the lockdown in Italy. In hindsight, it might have been a blessing in disguise as it would be a nightmare if we’re stuck in an Italian hotel with no idea of how we’re gonna get back home.
Covid really done a number on us. With the mask wearing, to lockdowns (leading to cancelled flights), to quarantines, it’s no wonder that everyone is feeling the rush to travel when the departure gates are now reopening to everyone. So what better way than to make the first trip overseas in two years a blast by going to Maldives!
To be really honest, the ever changing travel restrictions has been a bit of a pinch in the ass. From exemptions to form filling to split stays, it took more time than the usual planning pre covid. As such, we took on the services of ZuBlu, and our correspondent, Lee, has been pretty amazing at arranging majority of our trip. He was extremely responsive and took great care of our itinerary, which we were really grateful. However, his prices were quite a bit more expensive than Agoda, thus we only planned for the dive portion with him. But even with his help, this trip wasn’t the smoothest.
Continue readingWow, it has been a hot minute since my last update.
Its been a while since I have gone on a holiday, with my last being my honeymoon to Europe (which you can read all about it here), mainly due to work commitments since my man has just changed his job.
Hey all, I hope you’ve been having a great week so far and have been enjoying these posts. Looking back on all these photos, I really wish I could go back, and I’m pretty sure I will be back in Europe one day.
So if you have not checked out my previous honeymoon posts, you can find there here: part 1, part 2, part 3, and part 4.
I hope everyone had a great weekend and thank you guys for your support so far!
This will be the 4th installment of my honeymoon series and so far, I’ve been loving relieving everything that I’ve experienced! It’s like walking down a really fresh memory lane. So if you haven’t read the other parts, you can find part 1, part 2, and part 3 before coming back. Don’t worry, I’ll wait.
If you haven’t already read the first part of my adventure, click here!
Our next part of the journey was a 3 hours drive away and we found ourselves checking out and leaving the comfort of our beds before the sun has even risen.
It’s been a few weeks since I got back from my honeymoon, and to be honest, I’m still high from it. It has been nothing short of amazing and who better to be there with than my incredible, now dubbed #instahubby!
Coming back to reality after a holiday has always been bad but man…….. after an incredible few weeks plus the jet lag, it’s pure torture. With a 15 days itinerary, I will be cutting the entire journey into several parts (which I realised has become quite a tradition with my travel posts).
After the smooth sailing wedding, read all about it here, we spent the month before our honeymoon being busy bees, clearing as much of our work, as well as doing last minute shopping and booking of activities. The trip cannot come sooner. Before we knew it, we were at the airport saying goodbye to our families; excited about the adventure that awaits us.
This post might have taken too long to complete partly because of the planning of my whirlwind honeymoon took up so much of my focus after the wedding.
The day has finally arrived! Home girl is getting married!! So this is me, reliving each and every moment, as well as providing reviews for all the vendors that has come together for my special day!
Of course, there are many many, oh so many, things to prepare just for that one day! The dresses, the car, the place, the bridesmaids and groomsmen, the emcee script, right down to the pen I’m using for that special day!
Oh not counting how I’ve been prepping my skin, from nightly collagen drinks to daily sheet masks, and even daily runs (I know right?), it was crazy.
So being me, and the klutz I am, read on to find out how I almost wanted to postpone the entire wedding because of one little incident.
First of all, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year guys! Thank you so much for the likes and support you guys have given to this blog, especially for the Israel posts. So, without further ado, here is the fourth installment.
If you haven’t seen the first, second, and third installment to my adventure in Israel, be sure to check them out!
